Our 5-Year Ownership Benefits provide added confidence beyond delivery, supported by Avida and our nationwide authorised dealer network.

5-Year Avida Factory-Backed Warranty

Eligible vehicles include an Avida factory-backed warranty for up to five years.

The standard three-year warranty may be extended through years four and five when all required Avida Capped Price Services are completed within the specified intervals by an authorised Avida dealer.

The remaining Avida warranty may transfer to a subsequent owner, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

5-Year Avida Structural Warranty

Eligible vehicles include five years of structural warranty coverage, subject to the terms and conditions in the applicable Avida Owner’s Warranty Manual.

At Least 5-Year Chassis Warranty

Eligible vehicles include the warranty provided by the relevant chassis manufacturer for a minimum of five years.

Coverage and conditions vary depending on the chassis fitted to the vehicle.

5-Year Roadside Assistance

Eligible vehicles receive five years of roadside assistance, providing support in the event of an eligible breakdown while travelling.

Coverage is subject to the roadside assistance provider’s terms and service limits.

5-Year Capped Price Servicing

Eligible vehicles have access to Avida Capped Price Servicing for five years.

Scheduled services must be completed by an authorised Avida dealer within the required service intervals.

Capped Price Servicing applies to eligible scheduled Avida habitation services and does not include chassis servicing, repairs, replacement parts or additional work unless expressly stated.

Eligibility

The Avida 5-Year Ownership Benefits apply to eligible new Avida motorhomes and campervans:

• purchased through an authorised Avida dealer;
• first sold at retail on or after 1 January 2025;
• registered in accordance with Avida’s requirements; and
• serviced and maintained in accordance with the applicable schedules and manuals.

Eligibility should be confirmed with an authorised Avida dealer before purchase.
