PRIOR TO SALE: We have a monthly e-newsletter to engage new customers and current customers, as well as our website and virtual website that can be seen in the dealer yard.

DURING THE SALE: On purchase our customers receive an invitation to the Avida Owners Hub where they can view information about their order, see their order progress along the production line, download road trips across Australia and New Zealand, download recipes, get motorhome or caravan tips and hints.  View how to video’s, download manuals to become familiar with their product, there is a private facebook group where customers can liaise directly with the factory or fellow like minded customers.  Engagement emails are sent out on a regular basis to customers as their Avida progresses through the ordering cycle.

AFTER THE SALE: Customers are given a thorough customer handover of their vehicle, many staying overnight* at the local caravan park to go over what they have learnt that day.  A welcome gift is sent to each customer after the sale with a follow up survey to ask our customers of their experience and how we can improve to make the experience even better.  Each customer is called if they do not respond to the survey.  A further survey is sent out 7 months after the sale and then after any warranty or service work has been done so we can ensure that our customer is getting a great after sale service.  Reminder service emails and Happy Birthday emails are sent out over the course of the ownership.  The Owners hub has all the serial numbers of all the componentry listed and other things specific to their vehicle.  Spare parts discount,  events discount, RV Roadside assist discount and book a service is all located once the customer is logged into the experience hub.
