2010 Dealer of the year is………… Roberts Winnebago of Melbourne was named as Winnebago’s Dealer of the year at a glittering award ceremony held in Far North Queensland at the Outrigger Function Centre on beautiful Hamilton Island overlooking swaying palm trees and turquoise water.

The award dinner attended by Winnebago Dealers and their partners from around the nation and from New Zealand as well as select Winnebago staff stood and applauded as Robert and Kim Wangman and Bryan Delaney of Roberts Winnebago received the prestigious trophy from Ben Binns, Winnebago’s chief Operating Officer.

Roberts Winnebago have performed flawlessly throughout the year, recording record sales results and importantly, an extremely high customer satisfaction rating which demonstrates that the staff at Roberts Winnebago take the time to look after their customers after the sale.

Close to completion, the brand new 20,000 sq foot Service centre at Roberts Winnebago will further demonstrate the commitment of Roberts Winnebago to Customer Care, ensuring that many happy customers will drive away from the dealership in their new Winnebago or used motorhome.

In deciding the Dealer of the Year, Winnebago takes a host of factors into account covering all facets of the business including sales performance, after sales expertise, customer care and a commitment to Winnebago’s code of ethics. Roberts Winnebago scored highly in every area of the business and thoroughly deserved the award.

A number of other awards were presented at the dinner, recognising individual dealer performances in various areas of the business. Winnebago Dealers must meet certain criteria in the manner they conduct business and those dealers who go the extra step are acknowledged as the best of the best for their commitment in various facets of their dealership.
