Avida is excited to announce another industry first with the launch of the Avida ‘Experience Hub’, providing exclusive benefits for Avida owners, via their own personal Avida owner’s login. When you buy an Avida you become part of the Avida family.

Avida owners receive a welcome email from Avida with their individual login details to gain access to the Avida Experience Hub. Some pages on the Experience Hub can be accessed by anyone. Here is all you need to know about the Avida Experience Hub.

EXPERIENCE HUB for everyone.

The Experience Hub pages that don’t require a log in and are open to the public, include RV Help, locate an Avida dealer, Events, and the Online parts store as outlined below.

RV Help is the Avida roadside assistance program, and the Experience Hub allows people to buy or renew their policy online. RV Help is available to everyone. Avida owners, when logged into the Experience Hub, save a further $50 on their renewal as the first two years are included free with every new Avida. The Avida RV Help policy for caravans also includes the tow vehicle.

Click the locate an Avida dealer button and you can allow the website to use your location to show the nearest Avida Dealer or alternatively you can enter your postcode or suburb.

Avida are working on adding more events to this page. Avida owners love the community that is formed at our events and these events can be attended by non-Avida owners too. Avida owners save a further $50 on events when logged into the Experience Hub.

Browse the online store where you can purchase all your RV needs – lucky Avida owners receive a further 10% discount via the online store when logged into the Experience Hub.

 

EXPERIENCE HUB exclusive to Avida owners.

Avida Owners have access to a whole new world of online information exclusive to them once they are logged into the Avida Experience Hub. These include the Journey, Owners RV, book a service, owner’s manuals, how to videos, locate a service agent, experiences, hints and tips, FAQ’s, RV insurance and the Avida Facebook group as outlined below.

The Avida Journey page allows Avida customers with a new order to follow parts of the journey for their own Avida as it travels down the production line, including images of their actual unit.

Avida owners will be able to view and update their details via the Owners RV page, along with details of their Avida, details of their appliances, factory options fitted, service history and much more will be displayed on this page.

Not only will Avida owners be able to update their own personal details online, but they will also be able to personalise their Owners RV page by uploading their own photo.

Avida owners can book a service online with an Avida dealer via the online form which is sent directly to the selected Avida dealer to arrange the booking.

The owner’s manuals page is where Avida owners can search for manuals and read information about the many appliances and products used in their Avida.

The handover of a new Avida can be quite daunting for some with so much information to take in whilst being so excited about picking up their new home away from home. Avida owners can now visit the how to videos page anytime to watch one of the many videos like operating the awning to using the toilette cassette.

There is a feedback page allowing Avida owners to provide suggestions and feedback, request new videos or manuals to be added, or just ask a question.

Avida has one of the largest authorised service and repair networks throughout Australia and New Zealand to assist Avida owners whilst travelling. Locating the closest service agent is easy via the online locate a service agent page.

There is a separate Experiences section within the Experience Hub. This is dedicated to making life in an Avida more memorable with experiences you can enjoy once you pick up your Avida and travel to amazing places around Australia and New Zealand.

The Experiences page has a wealth of information with suggested road trips, the Out and About magazine, e-news, a list of member parks with special offers, and plenty of recipes.

The suggested ‘road trips’ can be from three days to over a week and can be filtered by location, including enough useful information to help you decide which trip to take.

The latest ‘Out and About E-magazine’ can be downloaded directly from the Experience Hub to find out what is new at Avida, great ideas, discounts and offers, plus much more.

Search the ‘members parks’ page to find discounts – why pay full price when you don’t need to, keep the spare change for the vanilla slice you eyed off at the local bakery!

Avida has partnered with CIL Insurance for Avida owners RV Insurance needs, providing Avida owners with additional contents cover at no extra cost when logged into the Experience Hub.

When Avida owners want to connect with likeminded people, they can visit the Avida Facebook group, which is a private group for Avida owners only, providing a forum where they can communicate with other Avida owners.
