World Class Composites – formerly Ryman Composites, has a proud history of Australian manufacture of fibreglass parts and production fibreglass moulds for over 35 years.

The business started as NoseCone Australia and began in house manufacture in 1984 due to trouble obtaining quality fibreglass parts with high surface finish. Experience led to contract manufacturing of industrial and commercial fibreglass components including the production of patterns, moulds and fibreglass parts for then Winnebago now AVIDA RV

Over the next 15 years the business continued to expand, manufacturing high-quality fiberglass composite components for industrial and automotive applications and employing new and more environmentally friendly manufacturing techniques and processes. In that time the business built a wealth of manufacturing experience in hand-layup, chopper-gun, and Lite-RTM infusion systems.

In 2017 Ryman Composites relocated to a larger facility in Milperra with the opportunity to further modernise our production areas and now totals 2,500 sq metres with dedicated work areas for mould making, Infusion, spray-up, hand lamination, finishing and Inspection departments.

In addition to manufacture of AVIDA products, WCC will continue contract manufacturing into other sectors including Automotive, Recreational Vehicles (RV), Building and Construction, Commercial, Consumer and Industrial, Road & Marine Transport and Scientific and Research

With the acquisition by AVIDA / WCC in February this year, the business is set for another exciting phase of growth and improvement with the introduction of LEAN systems and further development of the silicone bag closed moulding infusion system.
