Terms and Conditions: Avida Recreational Vehicles Pty Ltd, 2024 – 1 in 10 $5000 Competition
Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees, immediate family members, or affiliates of Avida Recreational Vehicles Pty Ltd (ABN 37 101 183 290) are not eligible to participate.
Competition Period:
2.1 The competition will run during the 2024 Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow Sydney, from Tuesday 16 April 2024 to Sunday 21 April 2024.
2.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
Entry Mechanism:
3.1 To enter the competition, individuals must purchase one of the first 10 Avida motorhomes sold at the 2024 Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow Sydney.
3.2 Eligible participants will automatically be entered into the competition upon completing their purchase.
3.3 No additional entry forms or fees are required to enter the competition.
Prize:
4.1 There will be one prize awarded to one winner.
4.2 The prize consists of $5000 cash.
4.3 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for any other goods or services.
4.4 The winner will be notified via contact details provided at the time of purchase.
4.5 If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw, a redraw will occur to select an alternate winner.
Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants.
5.2 The winner will be selected within 7 days following the conclusion of the competition period and notified via a phone call and follow up email.
Publicity Release:
6.1 By participating in the competition, participants grant Avida Recreational Vehicles Pty Ltd the right to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
General Terms:
7.1 Avida Recreational Vehicles Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7.2 Avida Recreational Vehicles Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
7.3 Participants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
7.4 By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
